How Booking Works

Select your trip, choose the number of seats, and complete traveler details. You can book for yourself and fellow travelers in a single checkout.

Payment Process

Pay securely through Stripe at checkout. All trips require full payment at the time of booking. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Cancellation Policy

Each trip lists its own refund policy. Depending on the trip, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund if you cancel within the refund window. Non-refundable trips are clearly marked before booking.

How Hosts Are Vetted

Every host completes an application, identity verification, and review by our team before they can publish trips. Corporate hosts submit business registration documents for additional verification.

Frequently Asked Traveler Questions

Do I need to create an account to book?

Yes. You'll create a free account during checkout so you can manage your booking, message your host, and access traveler details.

Can I book for multiple travelers?

Absolutely. During checkout you can select the number of seats and fill in traveler details for each person, or mark seats as TBD to complete later.

What happens after I book?

You'll receive a confirmation email, your host is notified, and you can start messaging them directly through the platform to prepare for your trip.

What if a trip is sold out?

You can join the waitlist. If a seat opens up, you'll be notified and given the opportunity to book.
